1. What does the monthly rate include?

Our monthly rate reflects a premium shared living environment that includes:

• Fully furnished home

• All utilities and WiFi

• Household supplies

• Safety features

• Laundry access

• Clean, organized living areas

• General oversight of the home

This rate supports a safe, peaceful, small-scale home where residents receive respect, dignity, and stability — without the cost or structure of assisted living.

2. Is this assisted living or medical care?

No. Locke In Recovery Home is non-medical, non-clinical, and non-treatment shared housing.

Residents must be fully independent and able to care for themselves.

We provide a safe, supportive home — not medical services.

3. Do you accept Medicaid or insurance?

We are a private-pay home.

However, if your insurance provider or Medicaid program agrees to pay the housing fee, we will accept that as a form of payment.

Residents or agencies must confirm coverage approval directly with their insurer or Medicaid caseworker.

4. Are meals included?

No. Meals are not provided.

Residents have full access to a clean, organized kitchen for cooking and storing their food.

5. Are visitors allowed?

Yes, during approved visiting hours and as long as visits do not disrupt other residents.

6. How long can a resident stay?

As long as the resident remains independent and continues to follow house expectations, they may stay long-term.

7. Do residents need to share a room?

We offer private and semi-private bedrooms depending on availability.

8. What type of residents do you accept?

We accept:

• Independent senior women (55+)

• Independent veterans

• Individuals who do NOT require medical, psychiatric, or personal care services

• Individuals capable of self-care and daily living
